Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your InsectID account and all associated data using one of the following methods.

1 Send us an email

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your InsectID account to:

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request — InsectID

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion by email.

2 Delete from the app COMING SOON

We are working on an in-app account deletion option. Once available, you will be able to delete your account directly from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

⚠️ What gets deleted:
  • Your account and login credentials
  • Usage data and identification counts
  • Subscription records (active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via Google Play)

Local identification history stored on your device is not affected — you can delete it manually from the app's History screen.
